ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM

1.- Before
making a reservation, please ensure you have carefully checked
all the information,
to avoid mistakes that could cause trouble.
2.- When you make a reservation through this page, you
are accepting these terms and conditions, and guaranteeing that
you are of age and have sufficient capacity to do so, and that the
details provided are correct, especially but not exclusively those
referring to credit cards and/or similar information. You are
the one and only person responsible for the information provided.
3.- A 25% (twenty five per cent) advance payment is required
for making a booking, with a minimum cost corresponding to the
daily apartment rate. This shall be charged to the credit card
you provided when making the reservation, and is understood as
payment on account for the amount resulting from services provided.
4.- You can cancel your reservation at any time, but
bear in mind that you could incur cancellation charges. The
cancellation policy is as follows:
No charge when cancellation is made with more than 30 days (thirty
days) notice
when cancellation is made with thirty (30) or less days and more than
seven (7) days notice, the management will retain 50% (fifty
per cent) of the payment made in advance.
when cancellation is made with seven (7) or less days notice or the
client does not turn up, the management will retain 100% (one
hundred per cent) of the advance payment.
5.- Reservations are not transferable to third parties under any
circumstances, neither are they valid for anyone
other than the holder, without the express written
approval from the management, which reserves the
right to cancel the booking.
Likewise no alterations, changes to the date or name
can be accepted without the express written approval from the
establishment, which reserves the right to make the
cancellation.
6.- Any reservation is subject to availability,
including special offers or services, and it should
always be understood that any offer, service or rate
is for a limited number of places. Rates for offers
and any discounts awarded are under no circumstances accumulable; they
cannot be granted to third parties, nor applied to
other people's stays, and no other factor can be
accepted that distorts what they were intended for.
The establishment reserves the right to verify the fulfilment of such
requirements and otherwise may cancel the reservation or recover the
discount.
7.- It is understood that the
reservation has not been made or is not valid until the advance
payment mentioned in point 3 (three) has been satisfied and you have
received written confirmation from the establishment.
8.- Your stay begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and will
finish at 12:00 on the day of departure. Any client
who does not leave the apartment at the time indicated shall
understand that they have extended their stay for another day,
and shall be charged accordingly.
9.- On arrival, an invoice will be presented
for payment for the services contracted, although
further invoices may be presented later on for extra expenses or other
concepts as described in the point above.
11.- The management shall not be responsible for any money,
jewellery or other valuables you might bring to the apartment.
12.- When you make a reservation, you are
responsible for your own behaviour and of those accompanying you.
The management reserves the right to end the stay at any moment of
anyone who behaves in a seriously inappropriate,
offensive, rude and/or unruly manner
towards other guests or residents of the establishment,
and whose attitude prevents other guests from normally enjoying their
stay, and/or personnel from the
establishment from carrying out their duties. The
management reserves the right to make any charges and take the
appropriate legal action for damages caused for the reasons described
above and/or through vandalism.
13.- Extending the stay of guests lodging at the establishment
is subject to availability on the part of the establishment.
14.- The management reserves the right to alter the
contents of this web page, including prices,
at any time and without prior notice, and is only
obliged to maintain the terms, rates and conditions
of reservations confirmed previously under the conditions described in
point 7 of this sheet of terms and conditions.
15.- All the contents of this web, as well as
any dispute that could arise with regard to the services contracted or
provided by the establishment, and/or
any other type of controversy concerning reservations,
services, information, prices,
and/or any other reason, shall be
subject to the legislation applicable in the Republic of Cyprus ONLY.
16.- The photographs and information contained in this web show
limited parts at specific moments, and the overall
aspect of this area might change at the time of your visit.
Information is provided of its present state and does not imply any
type of guarantee, whether express,
implicit or tacit, and may be altered at any moment.
17.- When you make a reservation at this establishment,
you are accepting each and every one of these conditions.
Please read them carefully, and print a copy to keep,
before proceeding with your booking.
18.- This page might contain inaccuracies and/or
printing, spelling or technical mistakes that shall
not alter its meaning and that the hotel reserves the right to correct
without any prior notice.

20.- Finally, before confirming your
reservation request, make sure you have applied for
exactly what you want. There are various types of
services and when you detect there is a mistake in what you have
requested, there might be no vacancies left and it is
therefore impossible to rectify the mistake. Only
what is stated on the confirmation document that you receive will be
valid.
